Audiala Subscription Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Audiala! These terms and conditions govern the subscriptions offered by Audiala to access all the content. By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Subscription Plans

Audiala offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Subscription: Access to all content for a period of one month from the date of subscription.
  • Yearly Subscription: Access to all content for a period of one year from the date of subscription.

2. Payment and Billing

  • 2.5. Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.
  • 2.6. Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Audiala, and only in extenuating circumstances.
  • 2.7. Price Discrepancy: In the event of a discrepancy between the subscription prices listed on the Audiala webpage and the Audiala app, the prices within the app shall prevail.

3. Access and Usage

  • 3.1. User Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity on your account, including safeguarding your login credentials.
  • 3.2. Content Restrictions: Access to content is solely for personal and non-commercial use. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

4. Cancellation and Termination

  • 4.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • 4.2. Termination by Audiala: Audiala reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms.
