Sponsored Posts & Guest Articles — Audiala
Effective Date: May 7, 2026
Audiala's standard sponsored-post rate is USD 1,500 per article. We publish a small number of guest posts each year and our editorial standards are high. If you are looking for cheap link placements at scale, this is not the right home for your content. If you represent a brand whose readers genuinely overlap with city travelers — and you can deliver something useful, specific, and well-researched — keep reading, then submit a pitch at the bottom.
This page explains what we accept, how the process works, and what it costs.
1. What We Publish (and For Whom)
We accept original guest posts that:
- Are well-researched and tailored to city travel and cultural discovery.
- Offer practical utility for visitors (what to do, how to plan, when to go, local etiquette).
- Are specific to one city or region, with concrete places, routes, or timeboxed itineraries.
- Adopt a non-promotional tone — helpful first, brand second.
We do not accept content related to: casinos or betting, adult content, payday or quick-loan products, prescription or medical claims, CBD or THC products, crypto exchanges, tokens, or trading promotions, gambling-style sweepstakes, counterfeit goods, violent or hateful content, or generic link-building pieces.
A note on crypto. We reject crypto as a topic. We do, however, accept Nano — a fee-less, energy-efficient cryptocurrency — as a payment method for our sponsored-post fees. That is a treasury choice for us, not an endorsement of crypto as a guest-post subject. The two policies are independent.
2. Editorial Standards
- Length: 1,200–1,800 words. Tight, useful, skimmable.
- Structure: Clear H2/H3 sections; short paragraphs; bullet lists for tips; a 3–6 item "Before You Go" checklist.
- Voice and Style: Friendly, precise, evidence-based. Avoid clichés ("hidden gem", "nestled", "bustling").
- Originality: Must pass plagiarism checks.
- Accuracy: Include verifiable opening hours, ticket information, seasonality, and local transit hints, with sources or citations as needed.
- Local Sensitivity: Respect cultural norms; avoid stereotyping; keep advice practical and inclusive.
- Fact Boxes: Where useful, add small "Know Before You Go" callouts (tickets, transit passes, museum free days).
3. Links and SEO Policy
We comply with search-engine guidelines and we are not a link farm.
- Sponsored Disclosure: All paid posts are labeled "Sponsored" at the top.
- Brand Links: Up to 2 links to your site.
- Citations: Up to 5 neutral citations to authoritative sources (e.g. official museum or city websites).
- Link Attributes: Paid and brand links use
rel="sponsored". We may also applynofollow. We do not guarantee dofollow links — if that is what you need, we are not the right partner. - Tracking: UTM parameters are allowed. No affiliate IDs, redirect chains, or cloaked links.
- Edits and Removals: We may edit anchor text for clarity or compliance, and remove or replace links that break, become misleading, or harm reader trust.
4. Images and Media
- Quantity: 1–2 images recommended.
- Rights: You must own the images or provide clear, documented permission (license proof). No third-party trademarks without permission.
- Specs: 1600px width minimum; JPG or PNG; web-optimized. Include descriptive alt text and source credit.
5. Submission Process
- Pitches. Send 3 topic pitches (1–2 lines each), your brand URL, and the target landing page.
- Fit Check. We confirm the best topic and share any angle or keyword guidance, typically within 2 business days.
- Agreement and Invoice. We align on price, scope, and timeline; payment is due upfront.
- Draft Delivery. You submit a Markdown draft, plus image files and licenses.
- Editorial Review. We edit for clarity and compliance and may request revisions (one round included).
- Publication. We publish within the agreed window and send you the live URL.
6. Turnaround and Hosting
- Standard timeline: Publish within 5–7 business days after final approval and receipt of payment.
- Rush option: 48-hour publication available (see Pricing).
- Hosting term: We commit to hosting for a minimum of 12 months. After that, we may update, consolidate, or unpublish at our discretion to maintain site quality.
7. Pricing and Payment
Our rates reflect a deliberate choice to publish few high-quality posts rather than many low-value ones. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment terms:
- 100% upfront via Stripe or Nano.
