How do I download a city for offline use?
Open the city page and tap the download button. The app will save all audio guides, maps, and stop details to your device. Download sizes vary by city but typically range from 50–200 MB.
Does the AI chat feature work offline?
No, the Ask Anything AI chat requires an internet connection. It connects to our servers in real-time to answer your questions. Audio guides and maps are the features designed for offline use.
How much storage space do I need?
A typical city download is 50–200 MB depending on the number of stops. You can manage downloads in the app settings and remove cities you no longer need.

Can I buy access to a single city?
Yes. If you only need one city, you can purchase lifetime access to that city for a one-time payment of $4.99. This includes all current and future guides for that city.
What's the best value plan?
The annual plan at $39.99/year saves you over 30% compared to monthly billing. If you travel more than twice a year, it pays for itself quickly.

What is Ask Anything?
Ask Anything is your AI travel companion. It knows the history, culture, and practical details of every city in Audiala. Ask it anything — from restaurant recommendations to the story behind a building you're looking at.
Does the AI chat work offline?
No, Ask Anything requires an internet connection. It processes your questions in real-time on our servers. For offline use, download the city's audio guides and maps before your trip.
How does the Trip Planner use AI?
The Trip Planner uses AI to create personalized itineraries based on your interests, group size, and available time. It optimizes walking routes and suggests the best order to visit stops.
Is my chat history saved?
Chat conversations are saved on your device so you can revisit answers later. We do not use your conversations for training or share them with third parties.
