History and construction
The Sky Tower project began in the mid-2000s with the aim of transforming Wrocław’s skyline and creating a symbol of the city’s growth. It replaced the Poltegor Centre, formerly Wrocław’s tallest building. The tower was initially designed to be even taller, but redesigns were made for feasibility.
